Agreement Between USER and Lexorn Software  
The Code75 Web Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Code75 Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Member Account, Password, and Security You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on particular websites. Your continued use of the Code75 Services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

For any Software not accompanied by a license agreement, Lexorn Software Corporation hereby grants to you, the user, a revocable personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for viewing and otherwise using the particular Code75 Site/Service in accordance with these Terms of Use, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Termination/Access Restriction Lexorn Software reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Code75 Site/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Lexorn Software may also terminate or suspend your access to Code75 Site/Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by Lexorn Software. The amount of time that Lexorn Software currently considers as an "extended" period of time is 6 months. Upon termination of the Code75 Site/Service, your right to use the Code75 Site/Service immediately ceases.

Lexorn Software shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

Lexorn Software shall provide a minimum of three months notice in the advent of service cancellation. Lexorn Software shall not be responsible for providing refunds for previous purchases for any of its services. The three month cancellation notice shall be sufficient to redeem the value from the past purchases.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information The Code75 Web Site collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, address or telephone number. Information collected at the Code75 Web site may be shared within the Lexorn Software family of Web sites.
